how does it work?
Balance Training is a six-week functional training program!
You'll train from home (or office, garage, or anywhere with internet) following along with the video workouts, yoga practices, and mindset modules.
My teaching style includes both accessibility & challenge, so expect lots of modifications for different ability levels and tons of encouragement to find the level that's appropriate for you.
In six weeks, I expect you to be psyched at how much your balance has improved... in your body and in your life! It really is incredible (and empowering!) how quickly our strength & balance can shift with intentional practice.

I am a mental health-informed adventure fitness trainer from Alaska. I founded Mind & Mountain because the confidence I built through outdoor recreation changed my life — and I want the same for you.
Outside time is awesome, but it's not always easy. Often it requires us to dig deep, confront our fears, and rise to the challenge.
